Home cooking basic course

Seasonal home-cooked food cultivated in Japan's climate, an important food culture that we want to pass on to the next generation. You can learn basic cooking techniques such as how to cut ingredients, boil, stir-fry, steam, and give, and feel free to join us.

This lesson is also useful for those who want to increase their cooking repertoire, improve their cooking skills, and acquire qualifications.

Okinawa / Ryukyu cooking course

You can learn Okinawan and Ryukyu cuisine with a deep taste even though it is a simple cooking method. It is a small-group cooking class where you can learn a wide range of Ryukyu cuisine, which is also registered as a Japanese heritage site. The lesson content will be for those who have moved or travelers to learn about Okinawan ingredients, such as how to cook Ryukyu cuisine and event meals that locals cannot hear anymore.

Long-term care food course

Elderly people and illnesses weaken their ability to chew and swallow, making it difficult to eat. We will provide a two-pronged course of nursing care food, classroom lectures and cooking training necessary to provide people with such symptoms with easy eating. Why don't you learn the food that everyone needs to live in the future through the long-term care food course?

Four classroom lectures are mandatory, and from the fifth onward, the curriculum is for cooking training only, and ends once a month for one year.

Hand-made bread course

Making bread is surprisingly easy! Once you learn the basic operation, you can easily make it. The scent of freshly baked bread is a privilege that only the person who made it can enjoy. Let's enjoy our own time full of happiness together!
