Okinawa/Ryukyu cuisine course
You can learn Okinawan/Ryukyu cuisine, which has a deep flavor despite its simple cooking methods. This is a small-group cooking class where you can learn a wide range of Ryukyu cuisine, which has been registered as a Japanese Heritage Site. The lessons will cover Ryukyu cuisine cooking methods and ceremonial foods that locals are hesitant to ask about, while immigrants and tourists will be able to learn about Okinawan ingredients.
Ryukyu sweets course
This course allows you to learn how to make a variety of Ryukyu sweets, from simple sweets made at home to royal sweets. During the tasting, you will also be able to learn how to make herbal tea made from Okinawan ingredients.

Two lessons are offered per month
1. Okinawan/Ryukyu cuisine course ( same menu on Saturday, Sunday and Monday)
②Ryukyu Sweets Course (held once a month)
・This is a one-time lesson , so even those who are traveling can participate.
Private lessons are also available, please contact us.
・We also accept reservations for classes outside the prefecture, school trips, and large groups, so please feel free to contact us.
