Service Description

We offer vegan cuisine using Okinawan ingredients and cooking methods. You can choose from 4 dishes; please feel free to inquire. ⚪︎For foreigners, two staff members (including an interpreter, English only) will be assigned; therefore, an additional interpretation fee of ¥7500 (per person) will apply. <Details of the Cooking Class and Market Tour> The vegan course includes hotel pick-up and drop-off (Naha city only). Menu: 5 Okinawan dishes ① Yushi Tofu (homemade soft tofu) ② Okara Salad (using grated soybeans) ③ Papaya Irichi (stir-fried papaya) ④ Purple Rice (using Okinawan purple vegetables) ⑤ Sweet and Spicy Simmered Okinawan Shiitake Mushrooms Menu changes are possible; please consult with us. : Please feel free to inform us of any allergies or requests. Hotel pick-up (Naha city only) ↓ Market visit and shopping (approx. 40 minutes) ↓ Transfer to cooking class by car or taxi (approx. 10 minutes) depending on the number of participants ↓ Lecture on Okinawan vegetables, followed by cooking class and tasting (approx. 120 minutes) ↓ After the class, transfer to your next destination (Naha city only) Discounted rates apply for groups of 3 or more (adults only) / ¥16,500 per person (tax included). Please send a message if you are participating with 3 or more people. If you are taking the course with children, please let us know when you register. Children (7-15 years old): ¥13,750 per person. Children under 6 years old cannot participate.
