Vegan course (for foreigners)

Service Description

We offer vegan dishes made with Okinawan ingredients and cooking methods. Choose from four dishes, so please feel free to inquire. <Cooking Class and Market Tour Details> The vegan course includes hotel pickup and drop-off (Naha City only). Menu: Four Okinawan dishes 1. Yushi Tofu (homemade soft tofu) 2. Okara Irichi (grated soybeans and vegetable stir-fry) 3. Vegetable Tempura (mixed vegetable tempura) 4. Purple Rice (made with Okinawan purple vegetables) Menu changes are possible; please inquire. : Please feel free to let us know if you have any allergies or special requests. Hotel pickup (Naha City only) ↓ Market tour and shopping (approx. 40 minutes) ↓ Depending on the number of participants, travel by car or taxi to the cooking class (approx. 10 minutes) ↓ Okinawa vegetable lecture, followed by cooking class and tasting time (approx. 120 minutes) ↓ After the class, you will be dropped off at your next destination (Naha City only) Due to the instructor's limited English proficiency, the lesson will be conducted by a two-person team consisting of an interpreter and an instructor. The price includes interpretation. Discounts apply for groups of three or more (adults only) / ¥16,500 per person (tax included). Please send a message if you are joining with three or more people. If you are bringing children with you, please inform us at the time of registration. Children (ages 7-15): ¥13,750 per person. Children under 6 are not permitted.
