Okinawa, one of the world's five longest-living regions. This cooking experience course allows you to delve deeper into Okinawan food culture. Enjoy Okinawan cuisine in our exceptional Blue Zone Special Course; hotel pick-up and drop-off are included. ⚪︎For foreign participants, an interpreter (English only) will be provided, resulting in an additional interpretation fee of ¥7500 (per person). <Cooking Class and Market Tour Details> Hotel pick-up and drop-off included (Naha city only) Menu: 5 dishes ① Jimami Tofu (Homemade peanut tofu) ② Okara Salad (Using okara, a by-product of Jimami Tofu production) ③ Rafute (Braised pork belly) ④ Papaya Irichi (Stir-fried papaya) ⑤ Purple Rice (Using Okinawan purple vegetables) : Please feel free to inform us of any allergies or ingredient requests. Menu changes are possible. <Course Details> Hotel pick-up ↓ Market visit and shopping (approx. 30 minutes) ↓ Transfer to cooking class by car or taxi (approx. 10 minutes, depending on the number of participants) ↓ Lecture on the Blue Zone, followed by cooking class and tasting (approx. 120 minutes) ↓ After the class, transfer to your next destination (Naha city only) Discounted rates apply for groups of 3 or more (adults only) / ¥16,500 per person (tax included). Please send a message if you are participating with 3 or more people. If you are taking the course with children, please inform us when you register. Children (7-15 years old): ¥13,750 per person. Children under 6 years old cannot participate.
