September's lesson will teach you how to cook ingredients commonly found in Okinawan supermarkets. Lesson Menu ⚪︎ Papaya Irichi ⚪︎ Handama with Vinegar Miso Dressing ⚪︎ Fu Tashiya First-time applicants are requested to pay the lesson fee in advance. Please use credit card payment or bank transfer. For bank transfers, please note that the transfer fee will be your responsibility. Those using tickets should apply for direct payment. *Lessons will be conducted in Japanese. For foreign applicants, interpretation is available for an additional ¥5500. Please request if needed. Please bring an apron and hand towel on the day of the lesson. Rentals are available for travelers; please let us know when booking.
