July marks the peak of summer, a time when appetites tend to decrease. Let's get through the summer with summer vegetables!! Lesson Menu ⚪︎ Island Vegetable Pickles (Souvenir included) ⚪︎ Uncheba Tashiyā ⚪︎ Bonito Carpaccio For first-time applicants, advance payment of the lesson fee is required. Please use credit card payment or bank transfer. For bank transfers, please note that the transfer fee will be your responsibility. Those using tickets should apply for direct payment. *Lessons are conducted in Japanese. For foreign applicants, interpretation is available for an additional ¥5500. Please request if needed. Please bring an apron and hand towel on the day of the lesson. Rentals are available for travelers; please let us know when booking.

Cancellation fee will be 50% from 3 days before the event, 80% the day before, and 100% on the day.
