Lesson Menu ⚪︎ Shibuinbushi (Winter Melon Simmered in Miso) ⚪︎ Homemade Yushi Tofu ⚪︎ Okara Irichi (Soy Pulp Stir-fry) For first-time applicants, we request advance payment of the lesson fee. Please use credit card payment or bank transfer. For those choosing bank transfer, please note that the transfer fee will be your responsibility. Those using tickets should apply for direct payment. *Lessons are conducted in Japanese. For foreign applicants, interpretation is available for an additional ¥5500. Please request if needed. Please bring an apron and hand towel on the day of the lesson. Rentals are available for travelers; please let us know when making your reservation.
