In the November lesson, we will introduce hospitality dishes that you can use during the end of the year. Lesson Menu ⚪︎ Gobo Maki (Rolled Burdock Root) ⚪︎ Ura Chikichinuk (Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms) ⚪︎ Kurijisi (Soup) For first-time applicants, we request advance payment of the lesson fee. Please use either credit card payment or bank transfer. For those choosing bank transfer, please note that the transfer fee will be your responsibility. Those using tickets should apply for direct payment. *Lessons will be conducted in Japanese. For foreign applicants, interpretation is available for an additional ¥5500. Please request if needed. Please bring an apron and hand towel on the day of the lesson. We also have rentals available for travelers; please let us know when you make your reservation.
