In October, in response to student requests, we will be introducing authentic Okinawan cuisine. Lesson Menu ⚪︎ Tebichi Soup ⚪︎ How to Make Lard (Take-home available) ⚪︎ Seasonal Vegetable Champuru using Lard First-time applicants are requested to pay the lesson fee in advance. Please use credit card payment or bank transfer. For bank transfers, please note that the transfer fee will be your responsibility. Those using tickets should apply for direct payment. *Lessons will be conducted in Japanese. For foreign applicants, interpretation is available for an additional ¥5500. Please request if needed. Please bring an apron and hand towel on the day of the lesson. Rentals are available for travelers; please let us know when booking.
