Service Description

This fully customized lesson lasts a leisurely 3 hours. You can request market information, cooking class menus, and other topics as you like. Please specify your preferred date and schedule; we will adjust the schedule and contact you. ⚪︎We are flexible regarding reservation times, so please indicate if you prefer a different time. ⚪︎For foreigners, two instructors (including an English-speaking interpreter) will be provided; therefore, an additional ¥5500 (per person) interpretation fee will apply. (Menu) Nakami-jiru (Okinawan soup), Kubu-irichi (Okinawan simmered kelp), Papaya-irichi (Okinawan simmered kelp), Minudaru (Okinawan savory pancake), Kufa-juushi (Okinawan rice dish), Inamuduchi (Okinawan savory pancake), Rafute (Okinawan braised pork belly), Mozuku tempura (Okinawan seaweed tempura), Goya-chanpuru (Okinawan stir-fry), Fu-irichi (Okinawan simmered kelp), Chinsuko (Okinawan shortbread), Popo & Andansu (Okinawan shortbread), Taro no Dengaku (Okinawan taro dengaku), Jimami Tofu (Okinawan peanut tofu) For those who wish to have Okinawan soba: Noodle making, broth preparation, and braised pork belly will be counted as two dishes; three dishes can be requested. We also accept additional requests (¥2200 extra per item). *We also accept requests for menu items other than those listed above; please feel free to ask. <How to Book> Booking Request → Fill out the entire booking form (please don't forget the number of participants), and in the message field, request 4 items from your menu. We will send you a confirmation email after adjusting the schedule. Once your booking is confirmed, we will inform you of the meeting place, etc. <Payment Method> Once the schedule is confirmed, we will issue an invoice by email. We request payment by credit card or bank transfer in advance.
