Service Description

Since this is a completely customized lesson, you can request your preferences regarding market information, cooking class menus, and more. Please also specify your desired dates and number of participants for the schedule; we will adjust the schedule and contact you. Note: This course requires a minimum of two adults. If two people include a child, the adult rate will apply. ⚪︎For foreign participants, an interpreter (English only) will be provided, resulting in an additional interpretation fee of ¥5500 (per person). (Menu) Nakami-jiru (offal soup), Kubu-irichi (seaweed stir-fry), Papaya-irichi (papaya stir-fry), Minudaru (minudal), Kufa-juushi (rice dish), Inamuduchi (pork omelet), Rafute (braised pork belly), Mozuku tempura (seaweed tempura), Goya-chanpuru (bitter melon stir-fry), Fu-irichi (wheat gluten stir-fry), Chinsuko (Okinawan shortbread), Popo & Andansu (Okinawan sweet potato snack), Taro Dengaku (grilled taro with miso glaze), Jimami Tofu (peanut tofu) For those who wish to have Okinawan soba: Noodle making, broth preparation, and braised pork belly will be counted as two separate dishes. Please understand. We also accept additional requests (additional charge of ¥2200 per person per item). *We also accept requests for menu items other than those listed above; please feel free to ask. <How to Book> Booking → Enter your desired date and time → Next → Fill out the entire booking form and send us a message requesting 4 items from your menu. → This will be your booking request. We will adjust the schedule and notify you by email. After confirmation, we will inform you of the meeting place and details. <Payment Method> We request payment by credit card or advance bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank in a message when booking. For last-minute bookings, payment will be accepted on-site. <For Children> Elementary and junior high school students: ¥6600; high school students and older: Adult rate applies.
