We offer vegan dishes using Okinawan ingredients and cooking methods. You can request four menu items, so please feel free to contact us. <Details of cooking class and market tour> Vegan course includes hotel pick-up (Naha city only) Menu: 4 Okinawan dishes ① Yushi tofu(Homemade soft tofu) ②Okara Irichi (Soybean Pulp mix Stir-fried vegetables) ③Vegetable Tempura(Mixd vegetable tempura) ④Purple rice(use Purple okinawan vegetable ) :If you have any allergies or requests, please let us know. Meet time: 10:00 or 16: 00 Hotel pick-up ↓ Market tour and shopping (about 40 minutes) ↓ Move to the cooking classroom by my car or taxi depends on the number of people (about 10 minutes) ↓ After lecture on Okinawan vegetables, cooking class and tasting time (about 120 minutes) ↓ After the class, we will send you to the next destination (Naha city only) Since the instructor's English is not perfect, the class will be conducted by two people, an interpreter and the instructor. The price includes the interpretation fee. Discounted rates applied from the 3rd person (adult only) / ¥16,500 per person (Tax included). Please message me when you attend with more than 3 people. If you take a course with your children, please leave a message when you apply the course. Child (age 7-15)Cost ¥ 13,750 per person. Free for under age 6.
